GoTo : Dave Solovey's Perl/CGI Tutorial
This is not the most comprehensive of tutorials, but still has some excellent information on how to create and maintain on-line forms, and also has a guestbook project too.
GoTo : A Very Basic Intro to Perl
This tutorial does not even come close to covering all the aspects of Perl. What it does is give the basics and then jump into so complex, but every day tasks that Perl can do. These tasks are jobs that you would normally use in building a website.
GoTo : Learning Perl and CGI - from O'Reilly
Learning Perl and CGI is a comprehensive course that offers step-by-step, interactive instruction for learning Perl at your own pace. This course gets you writing useful Perl scripts as quickly as possible. Ideally you'll buy the O'Reilly Perl books, but the course is still very useful without them.
GoTo : Introduction to Perl 5
This is one of the best and most comprehensive Perl tutorials on the web. Written by Selena Sol, you'll find the style of writing a joy - this is truly an excellent tutorial. You may find it useful to read this previous tutorial, Introduction to Web Programming also by Selena Sol before the Perl 5 tutorial.
GoTo : Building Your Own Basic Perl CGI Program
This tutorial is primarily for those just getting into Perl and CGI. The assumption is that you already know a litle bit about both. Short, but useful.
GoTo : Building Your Own CGI Program (a relatively complex one!)
This is a follow on tutorial from the one listed previously. You would be wise to read the first tutorial before attempting this one, as it does go into much more depth.
GoTo : A Perl Tutorial
This is a "getting started" tutorial on the Perl programming language. Suggested reading material is also listed here. Not the biggest tutorial, but very helpful.
GoTo : Perl Tutorial
An easy to navigate Perl tutorial from Leeds University, England which covers the basics very nicely. It wont make you a Perl guru, but will give you a good idea of the basics.
GoTo : Perl 5 by Example
Perl 5 by Example teaches you how to use the Perl programming language by showing examples that demonstrate the concepts being discussed. The examples are designed to give you a chance to experiment-which in turn should clarify the material. This is an excellent tutorial, based on the book "Perl by Example" by David Medinets.
GoTo : PERL -- Practical Extraction and Report Language
This web document is a re-organized version of the "perl.1" man page for PERL version 4. Very handy bookmark to have, albeit isn't necessarily the best place for a beginner to start.
GoTo : A Quick Introduction to Perl
If you know nothing about PERL, you can read this page and in about 15 minutes understand how to create and modify simple PERL scripts.
GoTo : Robert's Perl Tutorial
This tutorial is a basic Perl course primarily for use on Win32 platforms. It assumes that the reader knows nothing of programming whatsoever, but needs a solid grounding for further work. After you finish this course you'll be ready to specialise in CGI, sysadmin or whatever else you feel like.

An interesting place to visit for the beginner, with several other resources listed here too.The tutorial is pretty much all on one page, and so if you have a slow Internet connection may unfortunately take some time to download.
